At Courtside Gear, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of limited and fast-moving inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at courtsidegearandmore@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a solution if eligible. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Sizing issues

• Buyer’s remorse

• Items that do not fit your preference (color, style, etc.)

• Sale items or gift cards

Shipping Issues

Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for help with in-transit problems.
